Solid Walnut 20mm Door Lining Sets are manufactured from the finest quality American Black Walnut and is part of our door lining collection.

• Door Lining Thickness: 20mm
• Width Options: 69mm - 95mm - 106mm - 119mm - 131mm - 138mm - 145mm
• Door Size: The lining head is 1000mm on a Single Door opening and 2100mm on a Double Door opening. The head is untrenched and can be trenched to suit your door size by a professional fitter.
• Single Door Set: 2 x 2100mm & 1 x 1000mm pieces in each set also includes loose door stops
• Double Door Set: 3 x 2100mm pieces in each set also includes loose door stops
• Loose door stops included: Depth Options 69mm = 25mm x 12mm one side pencil round, 95mm to 145mm = 44mm x 12mm one side pencil round.
• Construction: One solid piece - no lamination
Finish Options
• Walnut Unfinished: Pre-sanded - Ready to apply a protective finish including lacquer, stain, oil, wax or paint
• Walnut Stained: One coat of walnut stain, matt finish, ready to apply a further protective finish including lacquer, oil or wax*
• Walnut Lacquered: One coat of walnut stain & clear lacquer & medium brown wax, medium/dark walnut satin finish*
• Walnut Oiled: One coat of walnut stain & one coat of oil applied, matt finish*
• Selected Finish Option: Applied to 3 sides. Front face, left and right side
• Out of Sight: The back of this product will not be visible when installed, therefore is not sanded or finished with any of the above options
* These finishes are for internal use only and are not recommended to be used in water exposed areas.

Installation
• Fitting: This product will need to be installed by a qualified professional
• Lining Materials: Must be installed using screws and optional matching timber pellets to cover the screw heads, these are sold separately.
• Lining Screw and Pellet Recommendation Per Set: Single Door Set = 8-10 and Double Door Set = 9-12.
• Stopper Materials: Must be installed using suitable panel pins, these are sold separately.
