How to Build and Submit Your Timber Schedule
Submitting an order schedule for manual trade and volume evaluation is fast and completely digital:
  1. Add Products to Your List: Navigate through our extensive online ranges of skirting boards, door frames, architrave, and window boards. On every individual product page, you will see a 'Add to Quote' option.
  2. Verify Specifications: Select your required dimensions, timber species (including premium solid Oak, Walnut, Sapele, or Pine), and choose from our factory finishes: Unfinished, Lacquered, Oiled, Waxed, White Primed, or Stained.
  3. Review and Submit: Once your project items are compiled, review your aggregate list below, fill in your project contact details, and click 'Send Enquiry'.
A member of our dedicated estimation desk will manually appraise your schedule, apply our maximum eligible factory tier discount, and email your formal quotation within 24 hours
 
 
Important Volume Pricing Requirements

To maintain highly competitive factory-direct pricing, all schedules submitted via the Quote Builder must adhere to the following operational criteria:

Minimum Order Threshold: The minimum order value to qualify for a specialized volume discount is £2,500 (inc. VAT). This value must be contained within a single submission and cannot be split across multiple separate orders.

Fulfilment Options: All discounted volume orders qualify for our secure nationwide UK delivery direct to your commercial site or workshop. Alternatively, you can opt for Collect In Store to pick up your order directly from our Birmingham warehouse once production is fully completed.
