  • Am I able to track my delivery?

    Yes, you will be able to track your delivery.

    ParcelForce: You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking reference and the tracking website to use.

    Tuffnells: You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you require the tracking details for your consignment, please contact the Sales Team who will be able to provide this information on the morning of delivery. 

  • Is my order eligible for Next Day Delivery?

    Items selected from our ’24 Hour Products’ category are eligible for Next Day Delivery. To qualify, items need to be purchased before 13:00pm.

    Please note items ordered before 13:00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

    Please note items ordered on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

  • What courier will be delivering my order?

    All orders are delivered by ParcelForce or Tuffnells. 

    However, this excludes Sample orders which will be delivered 1st Class via Royal Mail.

    Please contact the Sales Team if you require confirmation of the courier, we will be using, to deliver your order.

  • What delivery charge do I select for my order?

    If your order contains at least one item that is longer than 1.2 metre in length, you will be required to select ‘Items Longer than 1.2 metre’ as your delivery option. 

    If your order only contains items up to 1.2 metre in length, you will be required to select ‘Items up to 1.2 metre’ as your delivery option. 

  • Am I able to collect my order?

    Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are unable to process collection orders and can only deliver to our customers. We will update our website accordingly, once collections resume.

  • How do I return my order?

    If you wish to return your order, please contact the Sales Team who will be able to advise.

    As our products are made to order, we apply a 30% restocking charge depending on the reason for return. Postage & Packaging charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • What payment options are available?

    Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or BAC’s bank transfer.

    We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro.

    If you would like to pay for your order via BAC’s, please contact the Sales Team.

  • What finishes are your products available in?

    Unfinished – Sanded, will require a protective finish.

    Lacquered – Golden brown colour, in a satin finish, which offers the hardest wearing protection in our range.

    Oiled – Light brown colour, in a matt finish.

    Waxed – Medium-brown colour, in a soft sheen finish.

    White Primed – A single coat of white primer, this will require additional coats.

  • What is a Cable Rebate?

    A Cable Rebate is a pre-cut section located on the back of Skirting to accommodate for wires or pipes.

  • Can I order single lengths of Architrave?

    Our Architrave can only be supplied in sets.

    Our Single Door Sets contain two pieces at 2.1 metre in length and one piece at 1.0 metre.

    Our Double Door Sets contain three pieces at 2.1 metre.

    If a longer length is required, you can purchase a length of Skirting in the matching profile and cut it down to size.

    Please note one Architrave Set covers one side of a door.

  • Do I require Wall Brackets to fit my handrail?

    Our Pig’s Ear Handrails do not require Wall Brackets.

    The number of Wall Brackets required for our Mopstick Handrails will be dependent on the length you have purchased. 

    All the Wall Brackets listed on our website are compatible with our Mopstick Handrails.

  • What is a Tapered Pellet?

    Tapered Pellets are designed to conceal screw heads.

    Please note, our Tapered Pellets are sold individually and not in packs.

  • What discounts are available?

    We currently offer Trade Discount on Individual Solid Oak orders over the value of £2,000.00. This cannot be split across multiple orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to discount our other timber species. 

  • How do I submit a quote?

    Quotes can be submitted using our quote builder function on our website. To add an item to your quote please select the ‘Add to Quote Builder’ option on the product page.
