The current lead time for all orders is from 3-18 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Lead times vary across all different products. If you require a delivery date to be scheduled for your order, please contact a member of our Sales Team and we will be happy to assist. Please note, we can only schedule delivery dates once an order has been placed.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm, this is excluding bank holidays.
A signature is required upon delivery, and we advise all customers to check for damages before signing for their order.
*Please note, next day delivery is only available on selected items.
All orders are delivered by Parcel Force or Tuffnells. The courier we use for your order will depend on the length of the items you are purchasing.
Items up to 2.4 metre will be delivered by Parcel Force. Items over 2.4 metre, will be delivered via Tuffnells.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is being delivered via Parcel Force, you will receive an email once this has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking reference and the tracking website to use.
If your order is being delivered via Tuffnells, once you have received your dispatch email, you can contact a member of our Sales Team via Live Chat or Email, and we will be able to provide you with your tracking information.
Leave in Safe Place
We advise all customers to be available for the delivery of their order, to check for any damage or shortages before accepting the goods however, we do understand that this is not always possible.
Therefore, you can specify a safe place for your parcels to be left by the courier. When checking out, there is a section for you to fill in this information.
Please note, this is at your own risk and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods.
Updating Your Delivery Address
Delivery addresses can be updated at any time before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been passed over to our courier, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.
