Pricing, Samples, Descriptions & Illustrations
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted).
Where samples of goods or colour charts are provided, they are only as an indicative of goods quoted. All our descriptions and illustrations of goods provided by us are carefully prepared and are for general guidance only and do not form any part of any contract. We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account any changes or value of the items purchased.
Tax Charges / VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of 20% VAT, however you can view prices excluding VAT
How to Make a Purchase
Browse through each department and select which items you wish to purchase by adding them to the shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping go to the Checkout to complete your order. You will be asked a series of questions, requesting your necessary personal details to complete the payment. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods.
All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.
Please ensure your details are correct at the point of purchase as we are unable to change them after the goods are dispatched.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards: - Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro. We also accept payment through BAC's & PayPal.
We run internal security checks to verify payments and may refund your payment and ask for a BAC's payment instead to process your order. Paypal, Credit/Debit card payments are at a maximum of £1000 per order/transaction/postcode.
We always endeavour to ensure our website is fully up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out very quickly, meaning we have no stock left. When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in.
Delivery and Liability
Once we received your order, we will send you an automated email to confirm that we have received it. We do reserve the right to decline your order, if that’s the case we will contact you if we require further information or we are unable to fulfil your order.
We endeavor to deliver in time frames outlined in the Delivery section, however are reliant upon third party carriers Tuffnells, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. We advise to not book tradesmen until you have received and checked your entire order, the company cannot be held liable for any delays or loss caused. If you require any changes to the delivery after despatch of your order we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred to retrieve, redirect, return or redeliver your order.
Your order must be checked for transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied at the time of delivery and must be noted on the couriers consignment notes for any claims to be made, goods cannot be signed unchecked. All delivery issues must be reported to us immediately on goods arriving with you.
If you give verbal or written instructions for delivery drivers to leave items in specified locations please note the insurance for damage to goods will not be invalid as the instructions to leave goods in your absence is an acceptance from yourself as items received in good condition and no claims for damage, loss, theft or missing items can be made.
All items must be fully inspected by you before a fitter is allowed to start installation. Any product that has been fitted, cut or altered in any way will be deemed as accepted by you. We strongly advice all customers to ensure products are as ordered.
Couriers will only make deliveries are to the ground floor of the property.
Bespoke Made to Measure Products
We will not accept cancellation or return on customised, made to measure or bespoke products as these are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Ordering items finished is a bespoke process per order, if you wish to return finished products we will not refund the finishing charge per product.
Concluded Contract / Confirmation of Customer Order
We store the concluded contract (the customer order) and will send details of the order confirmation via email. This is done once the order is placed. You can find Loveskirting's terms of business here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer account. Loveskirting makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale as accurately as possible. They are used solely for general information and guidance only. Timber is a natural product and pieces will vary, this is not deemed as faulty and if you wish to return products based on this reason delivery charges will be deducted from the order at a rate of £100 if free delivery was granted at point of order, the goods must also be returned back to us at your own cost.
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. Timber is a natural product and pieces will vary, this is not deemed as faulty and if you wish to return products based on this reason delivery charges will be deducted from the order at a rate of £100 if free delivery was granted at point of order, the goods must also be returned back to us at your own cost.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and must not have been used, cut, fixed or show evidence of being used. We apply a 20% restocking charge depending on the reason for return. We will not refund postage unless otherwise agreed. Customer services must be contacted to authorise a return & this must be within 14 days of receiving the order.
Changes to these terms
Sirocco Trading Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms or make any changes to all or part of this site, or any promotional offers at any given time without prior consent. In respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
