Solid Oak Fire Door Frame - 138mm Wide

Solid Oak 138mm Wide Rebated Fire Door Frame is manufactured from the finest quality American Oak and is part of our door frame collection.

Specification

• Frame Width: 138mm

• Frame Thickness: 44mm

• Door Size: The frame head is 1000mm on a Single Door frame and 2100mm on a Double Door frame. The head is untrenched and will need to be trenched to suit your door size by a professional fitter.

• Rebate Cut Out: 44mm x 12mm (suitable for 44mm thick doors)

• Intumescent groove cut out 15mm x 4mm

• Single Door Frame Option: 2 x 2100mm & 1 x 1000mm pieces supplied

• Double Door Frame Option: 3 x 2100mm pieces supplied

• Construction: One solid piece - no lamination

Finish Options

• Oak Unfinished: Pre-sanded - Ready to apply a protective finish including lacquer, stain, oil, wax or paint

• Oak Lacquered: Golden brown satin finish - One coat of clear lacquer and medium brown wax*

• Oak Oiled: Matt finish - One coat of light golden oil*

• Oak White Primed: Ready to paint - One coat of white primer applied, will require additional coats of protective paint (only suitable for painting, primer cannot be sanded off to apply lacquer or stain)

• Selected Finish Option: Applied to 3 sides. Front face, left and right side

• Out of Sight: The back of this product will not be visible when installed, therefore is not sanded or finished with any of the above options

* These finishes are for internal use only and are not recommended to be used in water exposed areas.

Installation

• Fitting: This product will need to be installed by a qualified professional

• Materials: Must be installed using screws and optional matching timber pellets to cover the screw heads - 8-10 screws/pellets are recommended per Single Door Set and 9-12 per Double Door Set, these are sold separately.

Deliveries

The current lead time for all orders is from 3-10 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Lead times vary across all different products. If you require a delivery date to be scheduled for your order, please contact a member of our Sales Team and we will be happy to assist. Please note, we can only schedule delivery dates once an order has been placed.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm, this is excluding bank holidays.

A signature is required upon delivery, and we advise all customers to check for damages before signing for their order.

*Please note, next day delivery is only available on selected items.

All orders are delivered by Parcel Force, DX or Royal Mail. The courier we use for your order will depend on the length of the items you are purchasing.

Items up to 2.4 metre will be delivered by Parcel Force. Items over 2.4 metre, will be delivered via DX.

Tracking Your Order

If your order is being delivered via Parcel Force, you will receive an email once this has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking reference and the tracking website to use.

If your order is being delivered via DX, once you have received your dispatch email, you can contact a member of our Sales Team via Live Chat or Email, and we will be able to provide you with your tracking information.

Leave in Safe Place

We advise all customers to be available for the delivery of their order, to check for any damage or shortages before accepting the goods however, we do understand that this is not always possible.

Therefore, you can specify a safe place for your parcels to be left by the courier. When checking out, there is a section for you to fill in this information.
