Solid Walnut Bullnose Architrave lengths are manufactured from the finest quality American Black Walnut and is part of our modern architrave collection.

Specification

• Width Options: 50mm - 69mm - 95mm - 119mm

• Length Options: 2100mm - 2400mm - 3000mm - Supplied as one full solid timber length

• Thickness: 20mm

• Construction: One solid piece - no lamination

Finish Options

• Walnut Unfinished: Pre-sanded - Ready to apply a protective finish including lacquer, stain, oil, wax or paint

• Walnut Stained: One coat of walnut stain, matt finish, ready to apply a further protective finish including lacquer, oil or wax*

• Walnut Lacquered: One coat of walnut stain & clear lacquer & medium brown wax, medium/dark walnut satin finish*

• Walnut Oiled: One coat of walnut stain & one coat of oil applied, matt finish*

• Walnut Waxed: One coat of walnut stain & Medium-brown wax applied, soft sheen finish*

• Selected Finish Option: Applied to the front curvature

• Out of Sight: The back and bottom of this product will not be visible when installed, therefore are not sanded or finished with any of the above options

* These finishes are for internal use only and are not recommended to be used in water exposed areas.

Installation

• Fitting: This product will need to be installed by a qualified professional

• Materials: Must be installed using suitable panel pins and optional Mitre Fast Bonding Kit to glue the 45 degree cuts. These are sold separately.

*Please note that our samples are primarily used to show the profile and finish of our products, they are sent out in standard sizes along with a swatch to show the timber and finish.

Deliveries

The current lead time for all orders is from 3-10 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Lead times vary across all different products. If you require a delivery date to be scheduled for your order, please contact a member of our Sales Team and we will be happy to assist. Please note, we can only schedule delivery dates once an order has been placed.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm, this is excluding bank holidays.

A signature is required upon delivery, and we advise all customers to check for damages before signing for their order.

*Please note, next day delivery is only available on selected items.

All orders are delivered by Parcel Force, DX or Royal Mail. The courier we use for your order will depend on the length of the items you are purchasing.

Items up to 2.4 metre will be delivered by Parcel Force. Items over 2.4 metre, will be delivered via DX.

Tracking Your Order

If your order is being delivered via Parcel Force, you will receive an email once this has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking reference and the tracking website to use.

If your order is being delivered via DX, once you have received your dispatch email, you can contact a member of our Sales Team via Live Chat or Email, and we will be able to provide you with your tracking information.

Leave in Safe Place

We advise all customers to be available for the delivery of their order, to check for any damage or shortages before accepting the goods however, we do understand that this is not always possible.

Therefore, you can specify a safe place for your parcels to be left by the courier. When checking out, there is a section for you to fill in this information.
