Delivery Information
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery lead time is approximately 3–10 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Lead times vary depending on the product, timber species, finish and manufacturing requirements.
As many of our products are machined and finished to order, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
Need delivery on a particular date? Please contact our Sales Team on 0121 359 3453 before ordering. We will be happy to discuss your requirements. Delivery dates can only be scheduled once an order has been placed and are subject to availability and confirmation.
Delivery Days & Times
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm, excluding bank holidays.
Next working day delivery may be available on selected products only, subject to availability and order cut-off times.
We recommend arranging for someone to be available to receive and inspect your delivery.
Our Delivery Partners
We use established UK courier services, including Parcelforce, DX, XDP and Royal Mail.
The courier selected will depend on the length, size, weight and nature of the products ordered.
- Items up to 2.4 metres: Normally delivered by Parcelforce.
- Items over 2.4 metres: Normally delivered by DX or XDP.
- Smaller parcels and accessories: May be delivered by Royal Mail or another suitable courier.
We reserve the right to select an alternative courier where necessary to ensure the most suitable delivery service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Parcelforce, DX & XDP Deliveries: Tracking details will normally be included in your dispatch confirmation email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Checking Your Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting your goods upon delivery, wherever reasonably possible.
Please check the packaging and products for visible damage, shortages or incorrect items and notify us promptly if you discover any issues.
If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, please record this with the courier where possible and contact us with photographs so we can assist.
Important: Our timber products are not weatherproof and must be stored in a dry, protected environment. Please do not leave deliveries exposed to rain or adverse weather conditions.
Leaving Deliveries in a Safe Place
We recommend that customers arrange for someone to be present to accept their delivery.
If you are unavailable, you may provide safe-place delivery instructions during checkout. However, safe-place requests are subject to the courier's delivery procedures and cannot always be guaranteed.
Please ensure your nominated location is secure, dry and suitable for receiving timber products.
Where you expressly authorise delivery to a nominated safe place, responsibility for the goods may pass to you once the goods have been delivered there in accordance with your instructions, subject to your statutory rights.

Customers may collect their orders from our Birmingham premises strictly by prior arrangement and appointment only.

Once your order has been manufactured, prepared and is ready for collection, our Sales Team will contact you to confirm your allocated collection date and time.
Important Collection Information
- Collections are available only for orders placed in advance.
- Customers must receive a confirmed collection date and time from our Sales Team before attending.
- Unscheduled visits and walk-in collections are not permitted.
- Please do not travel to our premises until your collection appointment has been confirmed, as your order may not be ready.
- If you need to change your collection appointment, please contact our Sales Team in advance.
Please note: Selecting collection at checkout does not mean your order is immediately available or that you can collect without an appointment.
