How to Purchase Your Sample:
- Find a product on our site and view the product page.
- Select the applicable options from all the drop-down menus.
- On the product page, you will find a ‘Purchase a Sample’ button.
Sample cost & delivery/Collection:
- Samples are £2 each
- Standard delivery - Free of charge - 2-5 working days - Sent by Royal Mail (select Free Sample Service at checkout).
- Tracked delivery - £7 - 2-5 working days - Sent by Royal Mail (select Tracked Sample Service at checkout).
- Collect-in-store - Free of charge - 1-3 working days - (select Collect-in-store at checkout).
How Our Sample Service Works:
Our Sample Service is to show the profile and finish of a product, rather than specific sizing and because of this we only send samples in generic sizes.
Additionally, profile samples are sent in any timber specie along with a timber swatch in the timber and finish requested.
For example, if you place an order for a sample of Solid Walnut Bullnose Skirting 119mm Height, 20mm Thickness, with a Lacquered finish, you would receive the following -
- Bullnose Skirting Profile Sample in our standard 69mm Height 20mm Thickness
- Solid Walnut Lacquered Timber and Finish Sample
How long are the samples:
All our samples are approximately 50-100mm in length.
